The Director’s Statement:
Through the ideological presentation of the film, two conceptual levels of the "Chinese dream" and "spiritual inheritance" are closely linked together. The modern youth's pursuit of their musical dream (their Chinese dream) is closely connected with the spirit of "guarding the border, protecting the country" and "selfless dedication" of the previous generation. The journey of pursuing dreams is both safeguarded and sustained by the spirit of inheritance, and the nourishment of spiritual inheritance provides a powerful drive and sense of inner strength in the pursuit of their dreams. In essence, the Chinese dream is a continuous dream.

Throughout the process of presenting eight songs, four large song and dance groups, and two musicals, the film's production travelled to seven prefectures across Xinjiang. On our journey we travelled thousands of miles and meticulously showcased Xinjiang's culture of grasslands, plateaus, oases, lakes, deserts, highways and urban civilization through a unique lens. The film displays the folk customs, music, and songs and dances of more than eight minorities. All of these have elements created a blockbuster that incorporates the scenery of Xinjiang and customs of its ethnic groups through music, song and dance, and the highway. In order to fairly promote the positive situation of Xinjiang's social stability, the people's peaceful and contended living and working environment, to help foster the healthy development of Xinjiang's tourism economy and various other undertakings, to elevate Xinjiang's tradition of song and dance, and explore new ways of film creation featuring Chinese song and dance in the new era, we have constructed a picture of light and shadow which represents a new model for film.

Stay tuned for Dates and Times.
